- Service fees cover document generation and processing โ they are not part of any hotel room price.
Hotel Confirmation Bookings:
- Hotel confirmation documents are generated for visa application and proof of accommodation purposes only.
- Hotel confirmations are generated using real hotel data and pricing for travel planning purposes.
- PNR Booking is not responsible for visa approval or rejection based on the confirmation provided.
Cancellations & Refunds:
- Bookings cannot be cancelled once a confirmation document has been generated.
- No refunds are issued for unused confirmations or visa rejections.
