When you use PNR Booking, we collect the following information:
- Personal details: First name, last name, email address, phone number (optional)
- Passport information: Passport number (optional, only if provided by you)
- Travel details: Departure/arrival airports, travel dates, cabin class preference
- Payment information: Processed securely by PayFast/PayPal — we never store card details
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, for security and fraud prevention
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information exclusively for:
- Generating your flight reservation/PNR document
- Processing your payment through our payment partners
- Sending order confirmations and e-ticket delivery emails
- Customer support and communication about your order
- Fraud prevention and security monitoring
We do NOT: Share your data with airlines, sell your information to third parties, use your data for marketing without consent, or store payment card details on our servers.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely on encrypted servers. We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption, secure database access, and regular security audits. Payment processing is handled entirely by PCI-compliant payment gateways (PayFast, PayPal).
4. Data Retention
We retain order data for a period of 12 months for customer support and legal compliance purposes. After this period, personal data is anonymized or deleted. You may request early deletion of your data by contacting us.

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information

- Amadeus: Flight data provider — flight schedule and route information only, no personal data is shared
