1. Service Description

PNR Booking ("we", "our", "the Service") provides flight reservation/itinerary receipt documents containing a PNR (Passenger Name Record) code. These documents are generated based on real flight data from airline distribution systems and are intended to serve as:

• Proof of intended travel plans for visa applications
• Travel itinerary documentation for embassy/consulate submissions
• Proof of onward travel for immigration purposes
• Hotel booking support documentation

2. What You Are Purchasing

When you place an order with PNR Booking, you are purchasing:

• A flight reservation/itinerary receipt document in digital format
• A PNR reference code associated with real flight route data
• A document formatted to meet standard visa application requirements

3. Intended Use & Legal Basis

Our service is designed specifically for:

• Visa applicants who need proof of a travel itinerary as part of their application
• Travelers who need proof of onward/return travel for immigration checkpoints
• Individuals who want to avoid purchasing expensive airline tickets before visa approval

This service is legal and operates similarly to travel agents who provide "hold" reservations and airlines that offer temporary booking holds. Many established companies worldwide provide identical services.

4. Document Validity

Each reservation document has a validity period selected by the customer at the time of booking (ranging from 48 hours to 6 months). After this period, the reservation reference expires. The document clearly states its nature as a reservation/itinerary receipt and includes a validity expiry date. The chosen validity period and associated pricing are displayed before checkout.

5. Flight Data Accuracy

Flight information (routes, airlines, flight numbers, schedules) is sourced from real airline distribution systems (GDS). However, flight schedules may change at any time by airlines. We do not guarantee that the specific flight shown will operate on the date indicated.

6. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital and instant nature of our service, all sales are final once the PNR document has been generated and delivered. If you experience a technical issue preventing document delivery, contact our support team.

7. User Responsibilities

By using our service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You understand this is a reservation document, NOT an actual airline ticket
• You will NOT attempt to use this document to board an actual flight
• You will NOT misrepresent this document as a confirmed airline ticket
• You will use the document only for its intended purposes (visa applications, proof of itinerary)
• You are responsible for purchasing actual airline tickets once your visa is approved
• All personal information provided is accurate and belongs to the actual travelers

8. Limitation of Liability

PNR Booking shall not be held liable for visa application outcomes, any embassy's decision regarding document acceptability, changes to airline operations, or any losses arising from use of our documents.

9. Privacy

We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share personal information with airlines or third parties except for payment processing.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.
